Can you Arizona residents help me understand this order?

Home based non-essential business is encouraged to continue, you may go get supplies/materials essential to your business. However, you may not have face to face interaction or on site transactions. So no public selling on site.

Does that mean/include delivery? Nothing is taking place on my site but it will be on the customers site. Since that customer is on the same order as I am, does that mean no deliveries?

If that customer is a professional grower, getting supplies/material for his business, it should be okay?? However, he can only get his supplies from an essential business....since I am not....

I have been reading the directive till I am blue and still can't understand it.

Join the club. It’s just as confusing here.

Simply trying to understand the new Federal and State guidelines for the employees gives me a migraine..

I agree, it is all the fine print. In Arizona, failure to comply is a class I misdemeanor, that's serious, right under a class 6 felony.

I have had two customers cancel their pickup order, one out of state and one instate.

Not that I really need to leave the homestead but the folks that I'm temporarily working for gave me a letter (I haven't opened the envelope to see what it actually says) that if I was pulled over I'm performing an essential job.

I have gone into town to make a curbside drop of paperwork at corporate so a girl could make copies and booklets for video conference. At 2:30 there were plenty of police around but the streets were scary devoid of traffic.

That's what I noticed yesterday. The state order went into effect at 5:00 PM yesterday, so I beet feet to the Dancing Eagle Casino& Smoke Shop, NM. for cigarettes. I am pretty sure Arizona would not consider that essential:D

I’d argue booze and smokes are essential.....friends at Thermoking in Minnesota told me the liquor stores got shut down as non essential. After a near riot by the Yoopers they were reopened...:D:D

I predict the lawsuits after this is over by the Ambulance Chasing Lawyers will be at record numbers if it is not addressed right now...

What we found to be FRIGHTENING was that stores who's ONLY products for sale are Guns & Ammo and are classified as essential allowed to be open legally.

Just the opposite here, they are closed. Exception being Pawn Shops which are deemed essential and they do peddle firearms...

Contradictions everywhere..

Yes, it is a confusing deal. So many exemptions. Everything is essential to the guy who wants it, right??? This all began to unfold just as I picked up Corry from NAU fro Spring Break. Well, now his on-campus work is over with, so we need to get his stuff out of the dorm. Apparently, we are clear to do that. Crazy times.

Booze and guns are deemed essential here. Luckily so are forest products, building materials, etc. firewood deliveries aren’t the slap on the back and can I get you a cold drink that I’m used to but I continue to provide product.

I was listening to Bob and Sherri this morning. They claimed a person was stopped for OUI. Wrote him up and then wanted to know what he was doing out on the road in the first place. No good reason so they added on the $1000.00 and six month penalty....

We have a stay at home order in Idaho, but it’s not that strict. Many things are considered essential, and even some outdoor recreation places are open.

Some of the tourist counties are asking people why they are there, but that’s all I've heard of.

I saw several pickup pulling boats through town this morning, probably headed to Alamo Lake, so people are still moving around.

Yes, Arizona just amended the order to suspend for 90 days, liquor license renewals....

Not saying I'm part of the SANE GROUP :D but most everyone we are friends with here are finding this as a time of Caring for Each Other. Penny has been online with other gals making sure that families are doing well and aren't in need of something, if they are the Sheriff or City police will when they have time or if its on the way by will come pick up the extra from the ones who have extra for the ones in need. I don't know if this is EXACTLY LEAGAL but its great to see that people do care and can come to help someone else.
