It took six weeks, a dealer in Effingham, Il that could have cared less that I was having a problem with a product purchased from them, another dealer (Ted Jannetty) I didn't buy this item from him, but he bent over backwards to help me find my way at B-D, now the problem is solved. Matt from B-D called me yesterday, and we made arrangements to send the Plug-N-Power back under warranty.
