B+M shifter handle

I read where someone wanted to put a B+M shifter with the button for turning on and off a exhaust brake. I went to Summit , found the item and ordered it. The handle is a nice peice of work with the buton on the end and the wire going down the shifter. Now comes the rub. The Dodge six speed threads are METRIC, and all of the screw adapters are SAE. Well I finally jambed a easy out in the threaded area, but it was not a good fit. Couldn't get it out and ended up taking a die tap to it and beleive it or not it works perfect. Sometimes you get lucky ! This set up will work great with a exhaust brake, but be warned about the fit ! :--)
