B&W Companion Hitch

I'm going to in stall a 5th wheel hitch in my truck and was considering the B&W Goose/Companion Hitch combination since I have access to a flatbed goose neck trailer. This hitch would cover both applications for me and I was looking for any feedback from those of you that have this setup in your trucks. Comparisons to standard 5'ver hitches etc.

I haven't used one myself, but being right up the road from where they are made (sort of) I can tell you they are EXTREMELY proud of their products. I would defenitly open your question up to 'is there anyone else that makes something like that?'

P. S. I am not slamming their product the one bed that I have had on a truck was a really nice one and stood up to a great deal of beating.

B&W Companion Hitches

Rich - I have both B&W Hitches on my 2000 3500. Both work great but they are a little pricey. I would buy them again. Mike

So far everything has been good. I follow the instructions to the letter when using the Companion fifth wheel hitch. You have to loosen the u-bolt locking nuts and the torque bolt to remove the Companion from the truck.
