This is for all of you turnover ball boys out there. Couple of questions for you. I'm picking up my 5th wheel on Monday 3/15/04. How do you like your B&W turnover ball? Any problems? Anything I need to look for. I have a short bed and am getting the goosneck adapter. Thanks for you input.

b and w turnover ball

ive pulled a horse trailer for 18k with my ball and no problems the only thing on a 3g the thing installes about 6 inches forward of the axle and it put the trailer a little closer than i like but no problems because of it just when i hook up i have to be extra careful of the down tail gate ron

The gooseneck adapter isn't recommended, from what I've read here.

My boss' brother has had a B&W for, I think 2 or 3yrs. Hauls livestock almost daily, and has a 24 livestock trailer. Absolutely no trouble with it so far.

It was in his other truck when his sister jackknifed it on some ice empty. Totaled the truck, but the trailer and hitch weren't damaged at all.

B&W Hitch and Conpanion 5th Wheel Hitch

:) :D  I use my B&W Gooseneck for my four horse and 14k flat bed trailers ,also companion hitch for fifth wheel. The system is great, easy to change (gooseneck to 5th wheel). The 5th wheel is very high quality. The NO RAIL in is great for plywood, pallets, etc (No Hangups). I like It!! :D :D

I love my b&w and the compainion hitch. My only complaint with it is the poor job on the powder coating that they applied. Other than that its all good.
