Back up camera screen issue

My 2016 Laramie with the 8.4 Nav is turning green when I put it in reverse. Anyone had this issue before?
150000km so no more warranty......not sure if it is camera or electronics or connectors....Any help appreciated....

Axel, video is is one of the most unforgiving circuits to problems. Did it happen all at once or progressively get worse? Just like computers, perhaps reboot the 8.4 system. If no joy, start at the camera and inspect for damage or bad connectors. Disconnect each one, look for any green or white colors, corrosion. Clean and add dielectric grease to each connector. If this doesn't work, could be camera gone bad.

"Try rebooting Uconnect; have the ignition in the run position with out starting, press the center of both the round MUTE and the ENTER/BROWSE for 5 seconds then wait a few seconds and it should start reboot. Hope that helps"
