2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Back up lighting ???'s

Is there a back up switch wire in the cab that turns on the back up lights? If so, what color is it and where might I find it? I know there is a fuse for the back up lights, but I don't know what color the wire is.

The information I have says there is a 16 pin grey connector under the dash. I don't know exactly where it is since I haven't looked for it myself yet, but if you locate it there should be a violet colored wire with a black tracer. Hope this helps... Andrew
