Hi all, Because I want my back up lights for snow plowing ... . this situation needs addressed. Can I adjust auto shift linkage to satisfy range sensor so my back up lights come on when shifter is placed in reverse? Or is it back where the range sensor is on trans that I need to adjust. 2003 3500 auto. thanks.

The range sensor on the transmission controls dash gear display and all other functions like backup lights. If your backup lights are no working when the dash says R you might have other issues like a burned out relay in the FCM.
