Backrack Opinions

I am considering getting a Backrack for my truck and was looking for any input. I am looking for a rack to use to carry the occasional ladder, long lengths of lumber, place to mount some work lights, etc. I don't really want to install a full ladder rack due to the wind noise that they generate. Is there something else that woul be better?



How has the finish held up?



How is the durability of it?



Any wind noise?

Rackit

I favor the Rackit brand. It is a full bed rack. Tom Golden did a nice write up with pictures. I don't own any rack, but this one's on my long wish list. In the latest TDR magazine, Ranch Dressing column, there is a paragraph and picture about fixing rack wind noise with a simple mod.
