I picked those lights up at Auto Zone. They are part of kit that is supposed to mount to the receiver hitch using zip ties. That wasn't exactly a mounting strategy that appealed to me so I came up with my own. Just take the lights and the bracket that holds the light, drill the holes on the underside lip of the bumper and you can bolt them on.
BTW, when you you these up, use a relay that is triggered from the reverse circuit (and a manual switch if you want). If you just tie them into the normal backup light circuit, they will have a severely diminished brightness. I had them hooked like that at first and I was not at all impressed. After putting in the relay, the improvement was very noticeable.
I don't remember the name of the kit, but I can get some closer up shots if you need to identify them.
