Just to let everyone know that Bay Area Performance(Street Customs) and I worked everything out and everything is good to go. We both are thinking someone was messing around on the Ebay site and try to make bad business for them, which did work. Hopefully this will not happen again to me or to anybody else. Thanks again from everyone's input on their thoughts on my recent problem... ... ... ..... john
 
Glad you got your problem worked out but everyone needs to know that siphoning from

Ebay is wrong. That leads to what Bay Area did to my buyers and me. As a supplier they shipped the wrong Exhaust systems for me as a drop ship. They shipped 31/2in down pipe 4in muffler back to my buyer when they order 4in then when I wanted to return it she say’s they only make systems with 31/2 and that she could not afford the return ship price. I called Magnaflow myself. They make both, it’s just that the 31/2 is cheaper so she was trying to make a little money buy shipping the cheaper system then trying to make up a story that they don’t make a 4in turbo back and that there is no hp increase for a 4in. When a buyer orders a 4in that’s what they want!!!! So be careful doing business with this bunch that hides behind 3 different names.
 
Well I guess I will have another fight with them about the exhuast system(seems to never end). Mine too is supposed to be 4" turbo back and it is not. Dumb woman should have kept her mouth shut, admiting that she was the one who sent my Magnaflow system to me,when I thought you sent it Con ,since I purchased it from you. The lady is riping off your customers and probably anybody else's that deals with or through them,then in turns people are pi**ed at you for the mistake, then you have to correct it. I still, in my mind think it was her that sent me that stupid email but she did not want to admit that. HYPOCRIT'S THAT HIDE BEHIND THE BIBLE. She tried to f**** me out of $120. 00 ,got that problem fixed and now this s**t. GEE WHIZ. :-{} #@$%! ... ... ... ... ... ... ... John
 
First off I NO LONGER DO BUSNESS WITH THEM. She should of never called you and said she shipped for me. She told me she would drop ship and remove tags, instead she called you and told you she shipped for me.

SHE TOLD ME SHE SENT THE EMAIL AND YOU CHANGED THE WORDING.

EVERONE is advised to not do business with them. Under any of their names.



What or who are they hiding from????



I left out of my earlier post that she offered to call my customer to explain to them that the 31/2in is all they make and there is no power gain from the 4in!!! and that’s all MAGNAFLOW makes. **** I don’t need her to cover for me. I need her to be honest and ship what you order. PLUS it takes two weeks to get anything from her.

Give the gal a call see if she will pay for the ship to return it to her and I’ll get the money back for you and get you what you ordered. I’m not going to do business like that. It’s not right. I will burn her all I can. I will be at the bank Monday morning to see if the card company will dispute it, if so You can send it back and I will get you the right one.

Follow this post and we will let everyone know how it turns out, but for now stay away from this deal.
 
WOW!!! I did not know I was a computer whiz? When you think of it... why would they need 3 different business name's? Still sounds fishy to me. The only 4" section on that downpipe I have is at the end were the other pipe slides in to it... . and even then ,that isn't quite 4". So the crooks are trying to make their customer's look like the crook's. (MAYBE THEY'RE TRYING TO START UP ANOTHER BRANCH DIVIDIAN?)

J-MIller we got that worked out about your Edge box Fair and Square and I was nothing but honest with you about the occurrence and the confusion. As you admitted yourself that you to made a mistake and was not entirely clear about your intention. I was going to try to be nice and not express my opinion that you more then likely altered the e-mail your self as anyone can do just to be able to show the credit card company some sort of proof regardless of how creditable it is. As anyone knows it is not hard to alter and email and still have the original heading. Rather then stir up a bunch of ill will with you I took your word that you actually received that mail. Regardless it looks to me like you and Con both have nothing else to do but sit around and bash people. Well don't count on your gauge pod that you bought. I don't know that I can trust you to not call in another charge back on me so I will be sending you a credit today as a matter of fact I am crediting it all including the 60 you agreed to pay as restitution for what you already admitted was YOUR part of "the confusion with the Phantom Email".

I did not tell you that we would not do something about the 3 1/2 " down pipe issue. What I told you is what MagnaFlow had said and was waiting on you to tell me what you wanted to do. I was more then willing to do what ever YOU wanted to do, You just never said what exactly that was.

As for taking ebay business I NEVER once contacted anyone from YOUR auction even though I could beat your price by a long shot!!!

You are a fine one to talk about "false" advertisement anyway. At least the MagnaFlow Systems are marketed 4" from MagnaFlow as 4" and I am not just calling them that on my own for SALES Propaganda. How many of your aluminized Diamond Eye Duramax systems have you sold on Ebay using IMCO EXHAUST PICS, since the IMCO pics show a DOWN PIPE in the system and the DIAMOND EYE does not have one?? ?? YOU are purposely doing that and that is extremely misleading to those same Duramaxers that WANT to change out the down pipe and think that YOUR system will do the trick.



You know I would think that someone as big as you would not be afraid of a little competition. Furthermore I would think that someone who has sold as much exhaust as you have would KNOW what brings performance and what actually would cause a decrease in performance and the difference between the two. I guess that is the difference between someone who sits behind a HOME BASED computer business and can just ship across the country and never look someone in the eye, VS. Someone who has an actual installation facility and looks customers in the eye and can with a clear conscience sell them only what they need and have the knowledge to back it up regardless of what the box says.



As for operating under 3 names... WE actually have other shops besides Diesel Performance which is HOUSTON DIESEL, They include Street Customs ACCESSORIES, and BAY AREA PERFORMANCE that Focuses on SVT, and GASOLINE ENGINES.

NOT THAT IT IS ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS WHAT OTHER VENTURES I HAVE.

Why don't you both step up to the plate and focus on what is really going on here. Jon you must be one of those guys who always wants something for nothing and will lie cheat and steal to get it. Con, l as for you, I guess your product knowledge is so limited that if it does not say so in the instructions you can't sell it. That says alot for your ability to offer customer support on technical issues or is it just their money that you care about .

WELL WELL Computer Whiz or whatever you called yourself... .

I am not selling the Magnaflow as a 4" turbo to tip... ... . Magnaflow is selling the system 4" turbo to tip and it is their system. Did it ever occur to you that perhaps MAGNAFLOW knows something you do not KNOW???

Instead of wasting so much time trying to bash me and my company and all the while trying to buddy up with Haycock why don't you call Magnaflow tech support and learn something. Maybe in your next post you can educate CON.
 
Guys, I know the owner Shane, he is a holy man who can quote from the bible at will and prechers on Sundays at a local church he is a member of. Chruch and family come first with this man, and I fully trust him.

Con don't waste your trip to the bank I will be glad to refund your card for the system sent to JMiller as soon as I receive it back.

You are doing your very best to make us look bad like we knew the systems were like that and we did not. They were sold to us from Magnaflow as 4" turbo back and that is how I sold them to you. I guess it never occurred to you either to put a tape measure to all the ones that were sent to you direct from us. Further more I did not "call JMiller" for the sole purpose of telling him I shipped his exhaust. I was talking with him about the other dispute and in the conversation I informed him that we ship a lot of exhaust along with various other items, programmers included. He brought to my attention that he had noticed that his had come from Houston. (I can not change the pick up address on the system if I want it picked up but there was no literature, stickers of receipts to indicate that the kit had come from me) At that point big deal the deal was done I could have used that as an opportunity to get a plug in against you if that was my agenda to steal your business but it was not.



To be honest I can't believe that you are so willing to jump on a band wagon like this when you were making so much off of these systems. Oh Well to each his own.

But I will tell you this if you think I am going to pay to return shipping on every system you sold based on this scandelist attempt to put us out you are wrong. The way I see it you can take it up with Magnaflow. They are the ones who are marketing this system as 4" complete and obviously have no reservation about doing so since the performance is better.



I will handle my customers as I see fit but you are on your own. I will credit you for the systems that you have sitting here waiting to ship, and If JMiller wants to ship his back fantastic. As long as it hasn't been installed I will take it and sell it next week.

Thank you for taking our back Andrew. This is all pretty crazy. I guess we are more of a threat to people then we thought. The thing is NO ONE is ever going to get ALL the business. Why the need is there no bash and bad mouth is beyond me. Hope you are doing great call us sometime.
