2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Bad heater Switch?????

Ok I was wondering why my cab wasn't getting as hot as I would like then I discovered that the FAN was only running on HIGH..... no other speeds. How hard is it to chaneg the switch and isn't that all it could be????? Where would you get this part????

What mirrors do you have? I have a new heater control panel, but it doesnt have the button for the heated mirrors. If this wont work for you, I could send it to you to "try" and see if that is indeed your problem. Its a snap to change.
