Bad idle with A/C

My truck runs ok with the A/C on, but when I've been driving for a while on the freeway then get on the side streets sitting at a stop light it starts to idle really rough. I've even had it idle so bad the the oil light starts to flicker. Is there an adjustment for this, or does it sound like I may have a bad clutch or compressor?

My truck was doing the same thing, you just need to turn your idle speed up a little bit.



When your ac comp. is on it puts a load on the engine enough to lower the idle speed and make it idle rough when warm.



Next time it does it, press on the throttle a little just to get the rev's up and it should smooth right out.

My auto does the same thing. I need to crank up the idle a little.
