Has anyone had trouble with there tires [LTX A/S LT 265/75/R16] the side cords are starting to rip, contacted the dealer 2 weeks ago still waiting. Called today dealer says I have to contact a michelin dealer to get them replaced, all 4 tires have the same batch number. :confused:#@$%!:{ :mad: :{

Have had 2 sets with no trouble (other than punctures. ) The last time I tried to get one replaced for flat repair, there was a long wait because all the tire manufacturers were scrambling to make Firestone replacements. Hope that is back to normal for you.

The service manager is right. Only an authorized dealer of Michelins can handle warranty claims directly. The dealership could take it there, but they would need your truck for a long length of time. The sooner your get your truck in, the better off your claim will be.
