The stumble is only there when the comp is set on level 4 or 5, and sub levels 1-5. If set on 1-3 and sub level 1-5, no stumble!

Fuel pressure is ok...

2001 3500 4x2...

This may not be relevant but

When I start my truck during rainy days, My Comp will stumble sometimes. (Sometimes it lights up the 1,3,&5 bars on the face) When I start it and it's dry. It runs perfect.

Could be all that rain we've gotten over the last couple of days.

Well, I left work at 4:30 and went to the shop, ran perfect.

Before I left the shop, I started the truck and it ran for about 5 minutes before we left at 11:00. Got almost all the way home and it started. Drove it today and no problem...

I had mine set on 2x2 a couple of days ago, and coming to work, everytime I accelerated mildly it would stumble just slightly a couple of times in each gear. I turned it to 3x3 and same thing. I turned it off and no stumble. I didn't check the other settings. The stumble was so mild, at first, it felt like just a small bump in the road but finally realized it was the truck. I had the box go dead on me two days earlier and checked the ground and it came back on. Called edge about it and they said to check the pump wire tap, relocate the ground and just generally check it out. Said if it kept occuring send it in and they would send me a new one! Drove the truck home and some that evening and didn't notice it. I'm betting the ground isn't that good. Haven't had time to mess with it yet though.

To anyone else reading this post, Where do ya'll have your ground hooked up? Mine is currently on the front bolt closest to the engine on the boost elbow.

hey guys i had some of those problems. First thing i did was to bring it down to my local shop, unplugged my VA box, so i tried that for a day or 2 still the same not as noticable but still there. Next we checked for codes no codes. Me and my buddy checked the ground and cleaned the ends still no fix. Then the next day my engine light came on blew a code 0222 throttle position sensor i think that what it is [only my 2nd time posting]. So then went down to the dealer and they covered it under warranty. Everything seemed ok for about 2 weeks. Then all of a sudden there was a slit stutter so i hammered it down and drove like an animal for about 10 miles. Got off the highway and it seemed alright. Next morning got in the truck and the light was back on called the garage he said come on down. Had some codes and said mapp sensor shot. So i left it there and he would call me when it was done. Later in the day got a call he said still not working good and he called the dealer for an appointment to get right in. This was about 12 days ago still no truck they called me every 2 days with updates waiting for parts , trying what there tech support line was telling them to do. Finally got a call and they said it is the ECM. the part we be in on monday or tuesday. What a big pain in the ass. This problem has been going on for quite a while hope its fixed now i will let you guys know.
