I have only been a member for a few months now and have noticed an occuring trend on alot of the posts. I have noticed that most of you guys do not like the DC dealers that you bought your truck from. I myself did alot of research on the subject of service before I bought my truck new in the summer of 98. I have had exellent service and suport from my dealer their service is great and the salesman that I bought my truck trough has been really great about asking if I have any problems every time I'm at the dealer. I have had two recalls on my truck and the dealer got my truck in and out in a day and fixed the problems correctly the first time. I have had waranty work done with no arguments or hassels and they have never said anything about my fueling box, 275hp injectors, or BHAF. The dealer doesn't have a diesel tech but will gladly pay for you to go to Cumberland Cummins for the engine work.
I wrote this just for those that my be looking at the TDR while trying to decide on buying a cheby, ford, or dodge. Not all DC dealers are stupid and know nothing idiots and not all dodge trucks have bad front ends and poor craftsmanship. My truck and my dealer have been great no problems out of either of them.
Thanks DC and thanks Gerdons for a great truck and exellent service.
