I have done a couple of things to tell everyone what I have done to my truck.

The ATS perf. prod. is the 3-piece exhaust manifold

Anyone else do anything like this?

I also have some aux. badging on my goat. Just got the pics developed, need to find a scanner, so I can put them up on here.

I have the "Cummins Power" above my 2500 plate and the "C Diesel power" on my tail gate on the passenger side, that way people see it right before their vision is ... ... . obscured:D :D

I took off the "3500 24 valve ... " and found a "Cummins" in chrome with ISB in red. Looks pretty sharp. I then took the 3500 and mounted it to my custom flaps. Never seen either done that way. Do you have a link to yours, it's hard to see 'em.

badging

as you will ote in my signature, it says, limited edition Harley Davidson Ram. i'm surprised noone has challenged me on this, since as far as i know no such goat exists. i thought, what the heck, phord has the harley f150, why not a harley ram? dodge mis badged my truck--SLT Laramie-- on a sport. i took those badges off and found some really neat looking harley bar and shield logos and put them on the cab where the others were. a trip to the local parts store yielded badges saying "LIMITED EDITION" that look real. they are above the 2500 cummins diesel badge on the doors with a smaller bar and shield logo. a large color coordinated bar and shield logo on the front bumper on the sport, and another in the middle of the are LoPro lid make it look legit. people who know trucks say--i didn't know dodge made a harley truck... ... ... ... i always reply, "well, there aren't many around... ..... phord f150 harley trucks are for the prissy boys, rams are serious trucks. " a harley bar and shield logo on the dash completes the picture. always leave 'em wondering. i've wondered how many fights i've started... ... ... ... . "hey guys i saw a harley ram today... ... ... no, they don't make sucha truck... ... ... . yes they do, i saw one today. " with a few beers that oughta be good for a fight down at the local honkeytonk..... :D :D :D

Great idea, Redneckdr.

I'm tempted to try that with my Black 99 3500.

I'm sure some will correct me if I'm mistaken, but Dodge DID create a Harley-Davidson Ram in 1998 to commemerate the 95th Anniversary of H-D.

It was painted in the two-tone color of all the 95th anniv. bikes and badged with the h-d anniv. emblems.

HD Ram

i had heard that dodge and hd were trying to get together--even created some coats and other clothing. i haven't seen one of the anniversary rams, but now that you mention it, i seem to recall someone telling me about that once upon a time... ... . i have seen some of the model trucks (toys) that were harley dodges, but it's been awhile and can't remember what they looked like.

btw, if you decide to do the badging, Miller's custom parts in Daytona has some bar and shield logos that look great on the cab pillar in place of the laramie or sport badge. they are black and brushed aluminum, i think. they are about 5 bucks apiece. try www.millerscustomparts.com. my local graphics guy made me some barand shield logo decals in silver, black and grey and they lokk great on the bright silver truck.

btw your local hd dealer should have some small stick on bar and shield logos which look good on the dash, etc.

i don't have a digital camera, so can't post pix, but it surely looks good. people who really know trucks and cars are fooled!!

let me know if you do badge the truck, and if you comeup with any other ideas.

I would like to thank Jannetty Racing for hooking me up with my ATS Manifold, A-Pillar Gauge Pod, and the Autometer Gauges.
