I've used Baldwin for years. Not only are they the best filter out there(My opinion) but their Customer Service is excellent!!

wix filters. Any opinions on how they rate compared to baldwin or fleetguard

Those are all top quality filters. Your engine won't be able to tell the difference in a blind taste test. ;)

My family has been using them as long as I can remember. We have never had any issues what so ever. (tractors, cars, pickups, etc) I have never heard anything bad about them from others either. There are quite a few people who use them since they are made right here in Nebraska

I find the Baldwin to be the least costly of the three names mentioned above. So I use mostly Fleetguard with a few Wix (NAPA) and Baldwin thrown in for good measure here at the school fleet.

My truck ( the 1992) actually DID partake in a blind taste test a couple of years back. No joke.

Fuel additive Daniel. Fuel additive. I'd pour it straight into the fuel filter. Fill it full alright. Didn't like that. Spit it back out actually.

Baldwin are good filters. #2 next to Fleetguard IMO, but sometimes easier to find than Fleetguard. Also can be had a little cheaper than FG too. I've recently stocked my filter cabinet with Baldwins. Wix are good for my gassers, but not for my diesels.
