What are the options for ball joint replacement any with grease fittings?

Ball joints seem to be limited for the newer trucks. They changed the location of the ball joints. They are in the axle tubes. They are a little more of a pain to change. I don't know if anyone offers all 4 joints with grease fittings. I used McQuay-Norris in my 95. They were of high quality. They had grease fittings in them. I'll look for them when my 02 needs them. Thanks Jeff. I think I can drill grease fittings in them. I think one either top or bottom has no room for it permanetly so your need to plug it and remove the grease fitting when done.

Thats what I did with the upper ball joint on my 95. I would unplug it then use a 45 degree fitting to grease it.
