2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Ball Joint Question

Did the OEM upper ball joints on a 2002 2500 4X4 have grease fittings from the factory? I am trying to determine if mine are original or have they been replaced.

My 02 Had grease fittings on the the lowers but not on the uppers. . At 42K I had to replace all 4 Ball Joints, 3 of 4 Tie Rods and Installed a Trac Bar repair kit by Luke's Link. . My Ball Joints and Tie Rods are Moog. . 36K later all is still good and tight. .
