Ball Joints

Original Ball joints on truck: '95, 3500. Non-greasable, sealed. Need to replace them but appears that they may be tack welded in... . ?

Can these be repaired with new joints? Or do the whole "A" arm assemblies need to be replaced????



Any help would be greatly appreciated.....

I did ball joints on an '85 Dodge Daytona and they were the same way tack welded in. I just ground the welds and installed new joints no problem. Your truck is probably the same way it sounds like.
