Crew Cab long bed or the race truck? :)

How did SBentz do? Fletcher and Hoss?

MD was in the older green crew cab. That truck is even more impressive in person.

Don't remember exactly but the rail ran around 9. 4 I believe.

Don't know who the others are...

Stakeman ran in the 13's,

LaserBob ran in the low 14's

Somebody in a single stacked white ext cab was running in the 11's.

Dragster was running in the 9's.

Scott - 651 spun his tires all the way down the track:D

There were a couple big rigs under 20 secs. approaching 80 mph.

Lots of blue smoke trailing out the d-maxes

One old gasser frod revved it up, popped the clutch and sheared his u-joints clean off!

we drove the car down:{

Being is a diesel fan and all I still have to admit one of the most impressive trucks out there are those little Cyclone/Typhoons. Those things flat out move! I think most were running low 12s. They would pull the front wheels off the ground. Note to self... Don't street race one of those with your diesel ;)

Single stack white truck was Fletcher from WA.

Mike Lockner ran 14-15's Jim Johnson ran 15's

Single stack blue truck from WA ran 12. 9

Yeah spun the tires all the way, Now I know not enough clutch for the power.

Oh well all fun and games, you have to try it once.

I think bracket racing in the diesel shoot out was stupid. I want to see the fast trucks running over and over, not the ones that ran a 18. 01 on their 18 dial in. Boring!

Gimme a little credit. I ran a 13. 7 at 105. There were a lot of trucks out this year. We THANK everyone who showed up and participated. There were many out of state trucks and I believe everyone had a good time.

Mike L.

That's a great time just saying I wish they would just run the shoot out straight up :)

Did you guys happen to see that stock F150 running 19s in the 2wd pro class. He knocked out some comp truck running 10s by a couple hundreths. Yawn...

Having seen yer truck at the dyno, I thought smoking the tires in every gear was a fantastic exhibition!!Oo. Keep bringin' it back Scott!:D

I ran my green 97 dually extended cab. Ran a 16. 9 but dialed in at 17. 3. I lost to Charles ? I believe in a 24Valve. He ran a 13. 8 and broke out too. All i had to do was hit my brakes to win the race but I was having too much fun moving. :D

MShoenheider beat the same guy in the next round. But then lost in the 3rd to a D-Max. :{

It was a great time though. It was my first time doing anything like this. I saw Mike Lockner run and Ronda was dialed in at 12. 9 I think and doing pretty good when her turbo would hold together from what I heard/saw. But alas I don't really know the others well enough to have spotted them.

I think we really need to get a local TDR only event happening so we can maybe meet up with some of the guys we saw out there.

Steve

P. S. Wanted to run my 1st gen but its not feeling too good at the moment. Intercooler won't hold air so not much boost.

Defently put on a great show.

You have a great little pick up there' and it is a runner.

Was a blast to watch everyone.

More fun to watch and see what everyone could do.

KevinK made it to the Semi-finals

He brought home a trophy that barely fit in the cab... :D

Dialed in at 15. 0 and ran pretty darn consistent!

Rhonda, Bill, Will, Hoss, Rafael (from Greeley) and whoever I forgot... It was great meeting you. Thanks for making the trip to Colorado.

Hey Ronda,

I need to have you hang around my wife a while and help her to get her priorities straightened out! keep chanting... . Twins are important, Twins are important, Twins are important.....

That was me. I tried to launch a little harder on the next run and spun off the line. Maybe they should have had a 4wd burn out competition. :-laf

It was nice to meet and put faces with names from the northwest and hope to see them again.

13. 8xx is my best run. This was my last race.

Wow that's cool. I wish I could have put a username to the face. Later I was thinking I should have talked to you a little more and been friendly but I don't know if you noticed but I was a little shaky with addrenaline right after the race.

Why is it your last? Your truck's fast. I thought I had more time to slow down at the end but my friends watching said you were right on me at the finish line. Mark said he was nervous when he saw you come up there with him in the next round. Too bad about the bad start.

Well I'm glad I pushed you to get your fastest time of the day. My concelation prize was that I was faster than Mark. Oo.

So yeah for the 4x4 spin out... We were thinking the same thing, we could hook up to a big rig to keep us from moving. :D

It was great meeting you Stakeman and anyone else I happened to meet without realizing it.

I wasn't sure if you were a TDR member. If I introduce myself as StakeMan people that are not members give me some wierd looks. Mark and I had a good laugh when we ended up at the line together. That is what racing is about to me. Having a good time, win or lose.

Its my last race because I have 130,000 miles on it and haven't broken anything. Quit while I am ahead type of thing.

It was nice meeting you as well. Your hooked on it now. Have fun and be safe.

Next year, there needs to be a TDR parking area and seating area. You know, "meet under the Castrol sign" or whatever. That way, we could all meet and put faces with names. It was a great time though. The ATS dyno deal was great too. Clint and his wife put on first rate get togethers.

Thanks to ALL!

I need to say thanks to all who showed up to race or watch or help fix whatever anyone needed.

I got to go faster than I ever have on the track. 14. 5@97mph!

It's just a work truck. Weighed 6500# at the track and has 232500 miles on the ticker. Never had the head off... ... ..... Yet.

I got to meet Rhonda, Fletcher (older & younger), Hoss and my friends and customers, and many new faces. I think everyone should always wear a shirt with our name on it. I cannot remember you all.

The weather might have been better, but it would have been tough to do.

I need to clone myself so that I can be raceing, watching, and volunteering anywhere I can in the pits.

It is so cool to see guys with gray hair holding their time slip and shaking with excitement so much that they need help to read the slip.

Thanks to you all for making it a great day.

LaserBob
