Count me in

I'm not going to race but I will definitely go and would like to meet you guys!

I used to live 20 minutes from Bandimere, it was fun. Now I live in the Springs but still go when I can.

IdahoCTD Are you going to go to Bandimere? I think I've got Opie talked into the trip and I believe Hoss and Fletcher are gonna make a go of it. Nothing like a PNW invasion of the rockies huh? There should be a couple of trailers available incase anyone has issues if your interested.

This is gonna be good!!!!!!

Oo.

I’ve been test and tuning in the preparations for the thinner air conditions. Since there’s not allot of air ,I swapped out to a smaller turbo (HY 35) This will help move portions of air faster. Also, I pulled out # 6, 3 and 1 injectors, plugged the holes w/ pipe ends, leaving 2,4,5, to maintain gyro energy (horse pwr)

I know this sounds weird however, paradigm buccaneering pays off sometimes.

Air Difference???

What air difference? Seriously, once you are spooled up, there is not much difference.

Instead of spooling up in 3 seconds, it may take 20 minutes... .

We really did not see much over a tenth or two in Muncie. People were telling us 3-4 tenths.

Yeah, not much difference at all once you get going.

Sea level is 14. 7, and at 5000 feet its still 12. 23, 6000 feet its 11. 78, about a difference of 2. 92. That's only 3 psi less.

Enough to notice though! When driving regularly.

Maybe a BBQ at the Cummins Store in the evening, or ???

Suggestions?

Oo. Oo. Oo. Oo. Oo.

Give me a time and date, and if you need any help setting it up/cleaning up. I can chip in a grill, but I don't recommend my cooking. I would also be willing to throw in $30 so the out-of -town TDR guests could eat for free.

It would be a LONG day for the racers, but making it a full day event (Dyno Day?) would be cool as well.

EDIT - RMTDR members, see this thread

Looks like David is taking the little white PSD up there to meet up with yall. :)

It's got the cage done, but not too much testing on it yet.

The more the merrier! I want to see it run... .

I really want to see as many diesel pickups this year as we can get. We are trying to see if we can go to a 2 day event for 2005.

After Muncie, I have a new appreciation for the pullers and the drag trucks. IMPRESSED! We need to get a pull on Saturday before the drags along with a "social activity" for the evening...

New News!

We are going to do a deal with ATS on Saturday the 24th.

Watch for details, Dyno day, BBQ, open house, and more, Cummins and ATS!

Pass the word...

Fun and games in the mile high city.

Scott... ..... With the timing I told you we run here and the amount of fuel injected, would out trucks run out there. I mean without a jet change in the carburator. Oh, wrong form.

Smart a. . me. What do you think?

. . Preston. .

We will know soon, as we are going to run the Muncie tuneup out here to see.

I really don't think there is a lot of difference, other than getting the first 5 PSI of boost. After that? Same.

Just to show you how things change, last night there was a 1/8 mile race down in Albany, Ga. for test nite. If you remember the green truck that won the race against the white dodge with the flames at Muncie. His buddy with the blue and grey truck that raced in the bracket category, Matt, well Matt beat Darren in the 1/8 mile. Consistantly. If I remember right, his time was a steady 7. 13 to a 7. 17 with speed at 102 mph. He beat Darren by a truck length evey time. Darren ran a 11. 08 at Muncie and Matt's beating him. But he says he will not cage it so now he's building a puller. Gonna keep the blue one for the street.

Money boy... ... ...

. . Preston. .

Thanks for the reminder Hoss; made my heart beat accelerate!

I was just looking at my race schedule and thinking how fortunate the timing is: no points race that weekend! :D

Once again, I'm having my cake and eating it too...
