Has anyone modified there banjo bolt between the fuel filter housing and the injection pump?
I had a leak at the fuel filter housing so today I replaced to O-ring gaskets there and at the injection pump. The banjo at the F/Filter housing looks way restrictive.
I drilled out the holes(to 3/16") on it and chamfered all the hole in both banjos. I also shortened the screw on the pressure check hole. This picked me up 2 pound of boost and more smoke
My lift pump still clicks when cold though it is not as load as it was, so I guess it's next for replacement.
