Banjo Bolts - Where do they go and how much torque?

I've got a set of 'bored' out banjo bolts. I know where four of them go: two on the filter canister, one on the lift pump and one at the injection pump. Where does the fifth bolt go and what are the torque numbers on all of them. TIA

John... there should be two on the lift pump, two on the fuel filter, and one on the injection pump. Torque? Not sure.

I believe 18 ft-lbs... but I don't have the manual here.
