Banks - Good Customer Service

I am finishing the install on a Banks 6 Gun and speed loader w/guages. The light kit for the gauges couldnt be found.



I called Banks and told them that we had probably lost the light kit as it had taken several months to get time to go back and finish the gauge part. The 6 gun tuner monitors the EGT and adjusts itself, so the EGT gauge is an option.



Even thought I told them we had this laying around for months and probably lost the light kit they sent it free of charge.



Very nice customer service and the owner of the truck is like a kid with his high school hot rod.

well, bring it to the dyno saturday in Buda, and see if it was worth the extra money to get the BANKS name stamped on the box!!

Texas Diesel, post some numbers once you get your rig dyno'd... . i myself am not really crazy about banks, but it sounds like there taking care of ya!

All I said was they had good customer service Harlan, put the gun down...

However, I am not that kind of man. I do not measure my moral character nor my success by my annual salary.



Texas Diesel, I am the kind of guy who would take the CaTCHER ECM off of my truck and let you try it on yours while we drank beers and ranted on Jerry Jones and his rebuilding Dallas Cowboys.



But that's just me.

All I said was that they showed good customer service to me with this install. Thats it. Still true, it was good customer service, I wish all OEM's understood customer retention.



I dont have any love for Banks, it is overpriced. You can make a lot more HP for less $ with Edge, TST, Piers etc.



I still think that after I told them that I had probably lost the light kit it was very nice to send it free.



They could have charged $15. 00 for the kit plus $895. 00 shipping like some do.



Banks was not recommended by me, the guy bought it on line and decided the install was too technical. And with the confusing instructions supplied it was an interesting experience.



UPDATE: The wiring harness didnt fit the 6 gun tuner so I'll give their customer service another chance...
