Get down and dirty. Call up their order line (like RMalone said, they'll answer quick) and tell them you want to place an order but tell then you need to ask a technical question or two and need to talk to a tech. If you can get a tech, start out by explaining the issue as if it were a friend's truck but you're trying to get some info to avoid the issue, then unload on them that is yours if they press you.
Might be a bit low-handed, but sometimes you gotta do that to get some answers.

You can always call us about Banks products. We will answer the phone and do our best to get you the information you need.PATRIOT_Ram said:I called the order line in 05/2004. I had to leave a message for a call back about their products. I received the call back about two weeks ago. -- one YEAR later. The order line is just as bad. They clearly do not want business.
Yes, our experience has been that Banks problems have been similar to other brands. We had some issues with the early programming and with certian truck configurations with Six-Guns, but Banks has made changes to correct these issues. It may be that they did not get some of these issues address as quickly as some would have liked.DCasten said:But then they couldn’t complain.
Car nut57, Is it safe to assume your experience with Banks products has been the same as the other chips?
I know they are not perfect but they are also not as bad as you all are portraying them
