I've said my piece on another forum, and will paraphrase it here. I think Banks is a smart man, and is good at explaining the theory of operation of systems and components. I also think he is a bit too P. T. Barnum like for me. Several years ago when he went all-in on the Duramax, he said the Cummins was "just an old tractor motor". Yup, sho nuff, and to this day nothing totes a load as well, and with the longevity of the old tractor motor.
I have been around this forum for quite a while, and I never recall someone with a pinion bearing failure due to a MH cover, and there have been, and continue to be some heavy haulers on here. Will his cover work? I have no doubt. But I don't take to his carnival barker marketing.
