banks triple gauge mount with tweeder

yes i have a banks triple pillar gauge mount with the tweeder it will not fit over the stock pillar. any ideas or suggestions on mounting this.

I think it is the same as an Autometer pod in which case you must cut the area where the tweeter was or deleat it all together and screw it to the post. There is also another way in which you can epoxy some pieces on the back of the pod and screw the clips to that then put it back like stock.

Here is a pic of my recent install. it is the same as the autometer. I took off the stock one, put the gauges in then used 2 screws to mount it to the metal post. I painted the screw heads to camo the effect.



I got the paint from a place that mixed the color to the code for the interior. Looks like stock

I did the same as Eric did, remove factory and hold new one on with two screws. Put one screw towards the top pointing up and forward and the other kinda behind the bottom gauge pod pointing towards the outside of the pillar. Don't draw your screws up too tight.

What guages do you have? Autometer? Which ones and what are the model numbers? Are they lighted and how is the visibility on them at night? I have been looking at guages and have been trying to figure out which ones I want.
