Banks vs Bd intercooler?

I am thinking of buying a new intercooler to replace my plastic one and I don't know which one to get. Does any one know how much pressure the banks intercooler is rated for? I'm going to get a new turbo soon and someone told me the Banks is only rated for stock pressures. BD's web site said there intercooler is good for 100 psi. I also think the BD might be a little larger but I'm not sure. Any help with this decision and or if anybody knows a cheap retailer the information would be much appreciated.

City Diesel Intercooler

I just bought the City Diesel Intercooler. You might want to look into it. IMHO it's got a ton more to offer than Banks or BD. For instance,. . the tanks are about 5/8 in thicker than stock and it has 7 more rows of cooling fins than stock and it's rated for up to 500psi, which no one will ever hit. My reasoning was if all I need is something under 20% of what it's capability is then how could I go wrong with a 2 yr warranty against anything, per City Diesel. Mine came in polished aluminum (also comes in Black). I have the billet grill so I removed that plastic piece of whatever in front of my air intake and then the polished aluminum looks cool through the grill. I have the black Intercooler fin guard (Kilby) so it all works nice for a good, but different look. My buddies say it looks menacing. They are $850 and the welds were impecable. That's a good price for the highest PSI offered by anyone that I could find on the net, including Banks and BD. Especially consider that the Banks is in the $1100 range now that some of their dealers discovered they screwed up and sold product below cost. My $. 02. :D

I have the banks and like it okay. It was way to pricey for the benifits. Not really a worth while mod for 90% of the trucks out there. The only reason I got one was the plastic caps kept blowing off the stock one. If I had it to do over again I would have just got the solid aluminum one from the dealer.
