Banks w/ DDII's

Anyone out there running a Power Pack with DDII's? I'm getting ready to visit Bill K for a TC and VB, and want to put new injectors in prior to the trip to Canada. I plan to have a camper on the rig and eventually pull a trailer too. A little concerned about egt's, but have been told that the DDII's are the best combo of power and acceptable exhaust temps. Comments?

Sounds like a decent combo. I would wait to put the injectors in though, those 2's are harsh on a stock transmission. Even more so when you put a load behind it. I think the EZ or VanAkin would be a little better then the Banks Ottomind though for towing. You EGT's should be fine.

I run a Banks with injectors similar to DDII's. Tom W has Stinger Plus with DDII's. Maybe he will chime in here. We both have DTT TC and VB. I personally would do the transmission first. The injectors will give you the same power increase you get from the Power Pack. It would be a shame to fry your trans. on the way to see Bill.

As Phil said, I have the Stinger plus and DD II's. It's a great combination, probably about 320 RWHP, very little smoke, 38-40 lbs of boost, a blast to drive. A OEM automatic wouldn't have a chance over half throttle. The only problem is I am now used to it and I want more, I think 400 RWHP would be about right - ???
