Attention: TDR Forum Junkies I have always been happy with the quality and performance with my Powerpack, but I could not use the cruise when towing. The speed would constantly go up and down under load. I contacted Joe Rodriquez at Banks tech. support. Joe said that this was a problem on some trucks. Joe had his boss call me, he offered me a choice of a refund, or a fix. I told him that I liked the system, and just wanted my cruise to work. Well, last week I received a box from Banks (air freight). I installed it and my cruise works GREAT now. Thank you Joe, and Peter. Yes, you can have more power for less, but it is hard to find a company nowdays that will go above and beyond.
