Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Barb fittings

Is there an easy way to put barb fittings on 1/2 inch hose for the airdog 100? I'm having a hard time even using motor oil. I can't push it all the way flush.

when I put my fuel line on my FASS I put my hose out side in the sun on a hot day and put on a little petrol jelly the rubber was alot more plyable. worked for me. also I believe. Vulcan compound turbos, FireBall injectors, DrawStraws, Big Line Kits, FASS, Quadzilla, AirDog, DTT Trans, ISSPRO, HTT Turbos, Veg pumps, metric adapters, fittings, silicone boot kits, brackets, harnesses, AFE, Diamond Eye exhaust, Parker fuel line, has alot of different fittings and barbs they would be a good place to call for pointers also.

I used a paint stripper gun to heat the hose. Boiling water would work also, or as stated the sun. Wear gloves.

I used boiling water & motor oil. It was still difficult.

I used a heat gun and some soapy water. Oo.
