Why is it that the turbo only barks when I'm half to 3/4 throttle:confused:(psi from 16 to 25)#@$%!? when I baby it doenst do it at all(under 16psi). When I'm at full throttle no matter where the chip is set it doesnt do it(35psi is my max). Its even worse when I tow. Is there something I'm doing worng? Or am I missing something? I really dont want to change turbo's just yet. I'm afriad that the turbo is going to go bye bye someday.

Anyone had/have this probelm??

Thanks for the help guys!!

It's the tighter torque converter. When it hit's overdrive it drops the rpm's pretty quick causing a loss of exhaust to drive the turbo.

When I'm towing I turn off my overdrive and build my rpm's in third, let off the peddle and then turn the overdrive back on. It will shift and not bark. You lose a little momentum, but it's easily picked back up.
