After setting 4-5 days the truck will not start. I did the amp meter, pulling fuses thing. Was pulling 1.4 amps. Pulling the #11 fuse, IOD, Radio etc... pulling only .2 amps. Should the radio pull that much? Seem like a lot to me.

Typical radio pull when off is about .01 amps. That's to hold the station memory. Typical pull on the battery with the truck off is around .04 amps for a Dodge. Yes you are pulling too much. Could be a corroded connector causing the problem. 1.4 amps will kill the batteries pretty fast. Get in the truck with it dark and make sure that there are no interior lights on (glove box is usually the culprit). Also make sure the under hood light is not staying on as well.

Could be a battery (or both) going bad. When a battery is close to failing it will start goiing dead pretty quick with any draw. Every time I've had this type of issue new batteries fixed it.

I thought that was to high. Are you talking about the connections going to the radio? No interior lights on, I'll check the glove box, no under hood light.
Thanks for the reply, I'll be checking on all of your suggestions.

The OP actually measured a drain of 1.4 amps and that would not be caused by batteries where he measured it.
One of the biggest culprits I've seen is after market amplifiers not shutting off automatically.

I don't think the connection to the radio would be corroded. I would think the harness under the hood from the TIPM. I don't think that's your issue. Prairie Dog is spot on with something not turning off.

yup,
1.4a too high for normal.

if something is corroded, it would have to be some control pin that isn't turning something off correctly.
power connector corroded wont cause this problem.

Hasn't there been problems with some Bose amps not shutting down in our trucks? If you have that option it may be a good place to start.
I would start pulling fuses while watching your ammeter.
