Which pneumatic grinder for grinding welds? 12000 or 20000 rpms?

Garage Door Operator

I got a new 13kw generator (with a 20 hp Honda engine). I went to the local Interstate store and told them I needed a battery for it. The battery I got will not crank the generator fast enough to start it. The battery looks really small for the size of the engine, but I have no experience with this size engine and correct batteries. What kind of battery do I have to get to really crank this thing? What size (dimensions, cold cranking power, etc. )? Really discouraged at this point. I waited a long time to get this generator.

Thanks ahead of time.

I have an Interstate SP30, CCA290 that spins my 18hp v-twin Briggs over real well. Might check to see if the battery is fully charged, they don't come fully charged off the shelf. It could be an old one left over since last summer. I would have it checked and replaced.

You know, I am suspecting my little charger that I bought last summer. It supposedly charged the battery, but it was too fast. Now it will not charge it enough to crank the engine. May be bad battery. It's going back. I have had great luck with Interstate, and I will try again. Thanks.
