Water Heater Woes !

Medal of Honor : Allied Assault on the PC

Fired up my Weber Smokie Mountain Smoker this morning and put a rack of Spare Ribs and 5 lbs. of Tri-Tip roasts, USDA choice.

After 2 hours we removed the drip pan and made gravy from the drippings. Its Gooood!!

Hate to break my low carb diet, but have to eat some mashed potato's and gravy with roast tonight.

BBQ

Now there is a couple of responses. Kevin has the best BBQ in Wyoming operating in his parking lot and Okie-Go lives in the land of BBQ.

The only way I can get any is make it. so I do it about once a week. And it is good!!

Supper last evening--BBQ ribs, BBQ beef, mashed potato's with gravy and tossed salad.

Breakfast this morning--BBQ beef and two eggs over light.

Lunch will be--BBQ ribs and Bud light.

It don't get much healthier than that!!!

Yummy! Cant wait for summer to slug down a few cold ones and eat like a hog. Bud lite is at the top of my list too.

If I ever break outta this prison cell (Dallas) and get back to Idaho this summer, I wonder if any of that BBQ will be still laying around up there?

Don~

I cook for 250 people at work about 3 times a year. Typically do brisket and pork loin for the main. My son provides deer. Co-worker provided elk once. I'm on the lookout for some good buffalo meat. I smoke the meat over Blackjack Oak.

Make my own BBQ sauce. You guys talking about BBQ reminded me it is time to make a pot full.

I'll be out in Wyoming in 2003. Fire that smoker up then and I'll bring some sauce!

I have BBQ'd in cook-offs in Memphis, TN. Our team took 1st place several times.

BEEF, its what for dinner, and lunch, and what the hey breakfast. I like a guy that loves beef, atta boy Jim. :-laf :-laf

Jumbo Jet... I have only been doing this for a few years, and on an ECB at that. Just got the WSM.

Cooking for 250 people is impressive but so is participating at MIM even if you hadn't taken home the gold.

We can make a date for 2003, no problem.

The best BBQ I can ever remember was in Arkansas not too far west of Memphis in 1994. It hooked me.

Oh, and the guy operating in Kevin's parking lot is from Arkansas... . Nice people... Except he drives a F**d diesel
