Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) BD 80 hp injectors

Does anyone know who makes these injectors. What are done to em? are they just nozzels or what. A friend of mine bought a set thought he had to have em this weekend. paid 425? is that a good or ok price. I told him not to buy em that they werent what he needed now i just need some info on em cuz it looks like i am going to get put em in. Are they worth . 02 Thanks Travis
