BD EXHAUST BRAKE

Hello all, getting ready to mail order the bd exhaust brake #ad
Can anyone tell me what accessories I should get with the brake? I read some where in a previos post that the brake has a set up for when the accelerator pedal is released, the exhaust brake is engaged. I am kinda confused on this and what I really want is a simple, easy, user friendly set up #ad

Fightnirish, I would recommend that you get the shifter mount swicth which is an extra item. That way your brake is controlled by a red button right on the shifter. Its easy to operate while driving without looking and also while shifting. The BD brake comes with a throttle switch EI the throttle is off the brake can be applied if you leave the brake switch on and momentarily step on the throttle the brake goes off till the throttle is depressed again so you don't have to switch it on and off every time you use the throttle. It works great you will really enjoy it with the 5sp. Dave

I second getting the shifter switch! Use the dash switch they provide to operate some aux lights or something. You'll love using your shifter mounted switch: I use mine all the time. #ad
