BD Exhaust Manifolds???

I was at the Quartzite RV show last week and talked to Harold Harks from BD Diesel Performance. His claim was to be the main testor(or breaker) there. He was explaining to me about the new exhaust manifold from BD for my 04. 5 that would be a very good contribution to decreasing the EGT's when towing my 15k 5er. He said the Dodge exhaust manifold was not designed properly for cylinders 5 and 6. That their new manifold was ported and tuned to reduce the heat problem from that source. Would anybody have any words of wisdom on this?? Also it's a 2 piece manifold I believe. With price about $450 or so and the gasket set is this a good way to go? I have guages installed and watch them carefully when towing but would be happier at times to see lower EGT's. . I have the Quadzilla towing chip and AFE air cleaner installed and felt that the Temps went down with the chip and I did have more towing power.
