Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) BD intercooler elbows install

That was not a fun job. Not real happy with results. Had to tweak for chaffing. The driver side lower boot would only clear chaffing with a slight kink. Will that at all affect air movement or cause any problems?

Use soapy water to aid in the install.I have never had a kink issue if the tubes are indexed properly.You must be quick to twist the tubes to line up while the soapy water is still wet
