I had to call them to make sure I was looking in right location for my vacuum pump for my exhaust brake. I got tech support and the guys said its on the front of the engine. Have a good day. I was like wait, I still dont see it. He says, it is up by all the belts and stuff. I still didnt see it. After that went on and he was no help, I said I had one more question. He acted like he was in a hurry to get off the phone BTW. I said in my install destructions, One page had some stuff missing from not getting printed well. I took him to the page told him what paragraph and all and he was too stupid to read me the line. I told him what I had and needed and read everyother paragraph kinda.
I said that still isnt it, he said thats all I got right after he started the first line of the one I needed. It really pI$$ed me off and I am a easy going guy to get along with. Then I said GDit you dont &^$@$^*& listen. Then hung up. I called piers where I got the brake (didnt want to disturb him when my problem arose as it seems like hes probably on the phone alot) and he said exactly where I need to tie into... . said right in front of power steering resivor. I found it asap. The I asked about the wiring that wasnt printed and he answered it right away and correct. I have to say Piers is truly #1 in any questions. Sorry so long but had to vent, maybe others havent had this exp with BD but on this I did. Way to go Piers.
