I know that DTT has a very good rep along with Bill on this site. But I would like the members to know that BD (Steve) has a great product and customer service as well.
I was trying to narrow down some shift problems for a while now and a quick call to Steve always got me a polite honest answer. I know its tough trouble shooting over the phone but he always steered me in the right direction. I would say Steve's customer service ranks right up there with Bill's and that is why we buy from vendors like this as they support their products.
Here is alittle rundown of some of the trouble shooting we did:
TV Cable adjustments - found Dodge broke mine, replaced but still something!
Fluid Level (Hot) - Found Dodge overfilled it, drained 1 qt to read full hot, still something!
Rechecked Pressures - Found line pressure fine but governor pressure was almost non-existant. Dodge replaced the transducer and solenoid.
Shifts great now.
