BD Short Shifter from Geno's

I've finally got around to installing my short shift kit on my 04 quad cab dually... ...



I can't tell you how much of an improvement this is on this truck. .



The installation manual wasn't current for the 04 but the kit installs with a breeze and it functions as good as advertised...



I had feelings about the cost of this kit... but now think its worth every penny... . I'd do it again... .

Good to hear. I want one too, but I'm going to wait until I have the transmission out to do the clutch.

how long did it take to install?

Installation was about 2 hours... It took longer to figure out how to get the boot and tray off the floor of the truck without breaking them... .



The installation manual didn't cover 04's.
