Well I finally got on the road this evening and it works as they say it does, but for one small problem, the RPM's went past the redline and it kept pulling but the speedometer stopped at 90 MPH, kind of defeats the purpose of having a speed eliminator doesn't it? No check engine lights. I think I'm going to return it. Sorry guys, I need to see how fast I'm going.

How far past redline did you go, can you hit 4,000 rpm? I am looking for something that will allow me to rev to 4000 rpm on the street. Right now I am getting cut off at 3600. Whats the install like?

The install was only six wires that go into the factory harness above the engine. If you can install a stereo you can do this. Directions are good

I thought thats how it worked by fooling the ECM through the speedometer since thats how it knows to defuel? On the Ford 6. 0 the speedo goes to 0 but it keeps on pulling.

That's how it works. Just do the math and figure out what speed your rpms equal. Thats how I used to figure out how much over 120 I was doing in my old truck.

3400rpm with 265/75/16 tires and a 3. 54 rear end equals 123. 6mph. 265/70/17 with a 3. 73 rear end equals 117. 4mph I had mine up to 122mph earlier this year and it was awesome and scary at the same time!!
