Ordered it from Geno's last Monday, got it on Thursday, installed it on Friday, THOROUGHLY tested it on Saturday... . I honestly cannot believe that I'm driving the same truck!. I drove it about 120 miles each way to Wylie Tx, (n. of Dallas) then to a shooting range over in Garland where the roads have to be on some kind of "TOP 10 WORST ROADS in the U. S. " I drove these roads at 40-50 mph. and not once did I ever feel the steering wheel fight me, pull, or feel the front end get unsettled over these rough conditions. The rear end was a different story!!!!(hop and chop)

I was kinda skeptical about some of the claims, but after reading my latest issue of TDR and how it helped a 2WD, I ordered it. It DEFINITELY does what it claims to do!!!. . Without a doubt, the best value i've ever got out of $225. 00!!!!!!

Thanks TDR and Geno's!!!. .

Glad to hear of your good experience with the BD Steering Stabilizer. Is your truck a 4X4?

I've been considering either the BD or the Defiant steering sector shaft stabilizer for my '03, 4X4. I have the Lorenz Bilstein 5100 suspension system on my truck that raises the front-end about 1-1/2" & incorporates sway bar drop blocks of the same length. I was told that the Defiant was the only one I could use but, have seen the BD installed on a 4X4 with the drop blocks, in the TDR.

Many are saying the same as you about the stabilizer bar.

Yes, my truck is a 4x4... . It just makes me wonder why Dodge didn't do something like this at the factory. As I understand it, the drifting, wandering, skiddish steering problem has been going on for about 10 years. You would have thought that by the time my 06 model was built, they would have addressed this issue and fixed it.

The idea of driving relaxed with one thumb and two fingers hung on a spoke of the steering wheel vs. a two hand, white knuckle grip is nice!. I let a friend drive my truck the other day, (he's got an 05 4x4) he called last night and has ordered one off of E-Bay. . (not sure what brand)

I too am running the BD stabilizer cross member. I have a 4x4 and run stock size tires. I installed it at 50,000 miles and still noticed a huge difference. Takes a whole lot less input on the steering wheel to change lanes and feels a little more crisp.

Defiant S B S,i didn"t believe all the hipe, till i installed mine ,what a hugh difference ,best purchase other than the truck itself
