BD transmission Cooler

Hello all, I was wondering if anyone has installed one of these coolers before. I was considering getting one for when I push snow. Does it take the place of the stock cooler, or is it an add-on? If it is an add-on where did you mount it? Was the installation easy of hard, or in between. Thanks
