Bed Liners?

I'm wanting some thaughts on which spray on bed liner is the best bang for the buck. The truth is I want to have some on the bow of my boat. It's an open bow with rails and I also want to extend the liner down the sides close to the water line. My reason, I use a 30lb. anchor alot, which in order to hold in strong current I also have about 8' of heavy chain on it. When I'm getting it back into the boat the chain rubs the rails and the anchor tips bang the side of the boat, all of which tends to mar things up. The boat is aluminum. I am also concerned about how slippery the stuff may be. Slick surfaces are not a good thing in heavy current. Thanks for any replies.
