Before I waste $25 making my own...

In the back of my wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee is a cigarette lighter/power supply where we plug in a refrigerator for our day trips.



The bed of my Ram has no such plug, but there is a 7 pin connector in the bumper to plug in trailer lights.



Before I go out and spend $25 or more on parts to build my own 7 pin to cigarette/power adapter can anyone tell me if such a cable exists

I'm 99. 9% sure such a beast does not exist. $25 is a bit much to build it yourself though. A quick search shows I could build one for $9. However that doesn't include shipping.
