Two nice mustangs.....

ATV experts show me your know how

I grew up in Casper, and also lived in Cheyenne and Rawlins at various times. I left for the military in 1984 and only had a brief visit in 1986 after that. Last year I went back for my HS reunion (Kelly Walsh, Class of '84) and spent two weeks in state. I was amazed at the things that had changed (two new theaters in downtown Casper, all the growth out by Eastridge Mall - and where'd the Amoco Refinery go?!?) and the things that hadn't. Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons are still the prettiest bits of scenery on the entire planet. The wind still doesn't stop, and the people out there are still the friendliest, most helpful folks around. I wouldn't give up my VA home to live in WY just now, but come retirement time I'll be looking to go home again. I've got big feet to keep me anchored when the wind howls, and I know how to keep my face out of the wind when it's cold so the inside of my nose doesn't freeze solid. Ol' Traildog knows the truth about Wyoming - it's really not for just anyone. If you can handle the weather there, it's the best place on earth.
